Passport Panic is built to run family game sessions without player accounts or unnecessary personal data.

Who The Game Is For

Passport Panic is designed for families with teens and adults. It is not directed to children under 13. If a younger child plays as part of a family game night, a parent or guardian should supervise the session.

Information We Collect

Passport Panic may store room codes, host/controller tokens, display names entered by players, avatar choices, travel styles, answers, votes, game progress, and other gameplay events needed to run a room.

The site also records product analytics such as landing-page views, room creation, player joins, game progress, checkout starts, checkout completions, checkout failures, campaign tags, and referrer hostnames. These analytics help identify whether people can find, start, and finish the game.

Payments

Paid pack checkout is handled by Stripe. Passport Panic does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, customer contact details, taxes, fraud prevention signals, and receipts under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies And Local Storage

Passport Panic uses cookies or browser storage for host/controller access, reconnecting to rooms, and remembering paid pack unlocks on a host browser. Clearing browser data can remove room access or pack unlock state.

How We Use Information

Information is used to run game sessions, prevent broken or abusive room creation, provide support, understand usage, improve gameplay, and process paid pack unlocks.

Passport Panic does not sell player information. It also does not use gameplay input to generate live AI content during a session.

Retention

Active game rooms are intended to be temporary and may expire after a short period. Durable analytics may remain after rooms are cleaned up so the service can understand usage, reliability, and conversion.
